Remote control is not working.
Details
There are three things you should check first:
- Press the Cable button to ensure the remote control is in "cable mode"
- Check to see if your remote control needs new batteries, and if so, change them
- Check that there is nothing around the digital box that could block a clear line of sight between it and the remote control.
