Although my TV is cable-ready, I'm only receiving
channels 2 through 13, what can I do?

Access the set-up menu on your TV, select the button TV/CATV or ANT/Cable. Your TV will display an option for TV/Antenna or Cable. Select the Cable setting to access the rest of the channels.
