Caller ID
Identify incoming calls. Displays date and time, caller's name and the phone number.
Caller ID on TV (Basic cable service required)
Incoming call information is displayed on your TV, including caller's name, phone number, date and time.
Call Waiting
With the simple push of the switchhook or the flash button answer other calls while you're on a current call, or, to avoid interruption on certain calls, use the Cancel Call Waiting feature.
Call Waiting ID
While you're on the phone with a caller, see who else is trying to reach you.
Call Forwarding
Automatically forward your calls to a local, long distance or mobile phone number by pressing *72. Turn off by pressing *73
Remote Access to Call Forwarding
Change your forwarding phone number from any phone 24/7 using a local access number.
Selective Call Forwarding
Automatically forward preselected calls to the local, long distance or cellular phone number of your choice by pressing *63.
Call Blocker
Block up to 10 local incoming call numbers. Press *60 for Call Blocker options.
Anonymous Call Blocker
Blocks calls from anonymous callers who have prevented their phone numbers from displaying on you Caller ID screen. Simply press *77 to activate and *87 to disable.
Call Trace
Trace obscene/threatening phone calls by pressing *57. The phone number of the caller is forwarded and recorded by SureWest.
Call Return
Press *69 to reveal the phone number of the most recent caller.
Three-Way Calling
Connect with two outside lines at once using the switchhook or flash button - local and/or long distance.
Personalized Ring
Customize as many as three phone numbers and ring tones in addition to your main listed number.
Priority Call
Program up to 15 priority phone numbers. A unique ring alerts you to each call. Press *61 for options.
Auto Redial
Tired of dialing a number over and over? Press *66, and your phone will alert you when that line is free.
Speed Call 8
Store up to 8 frequently called local or long distance phone numbers using one-digit codes. Press *74. When you receive the dial tone again, assign a code 2-9 and then enter the complete number you would like assigned to that code.
Speed Call 30
Stores up to 30 frequently called local or long distance phone numbers using two-digit codes. Press *75. When you receive the dial tone again, assign a code 20-49 and then enter the complete number you would like assigned to that code.
